Job Description

About the Role MediMorph is looking for a new or early-career licensed esthetician who wants to build a long-term career in medical aesthetics. This role is designed as a launchpad into the esthetician field. You'll begin as a Patient Care Coordinator, mastering patient experience, scheduling, and conversion, while training alongside experienced providers to develop your clinical skillset. This is not a traditional front desk role. It is a structured path to grow into an esthetician position based on performance, skill development, and business needs.

None Position Summary The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the primary point of contact for patients and is responsible for managing the full patient experience from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up. This role focuses on patient conversion, scheduling optimization, and delivering a high-quality, seamless experience while supporting revenue growth. The PCC utilizes PatientNow and other systems to coordinate care, manage patient communication, and support financial workflows including Cherry, CareCredit, and promotional channels such as Groupon. Essential Job DutiesPatient Experience & Coordination Serve as the first point of contact for all patient inquiries (phone, online, in-person) Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments to optimize provider utilization Guide patients through the full treatment journey Ensure a high-touch, concierge-level experience Sales & Conversion Support Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments Educate patients on services, packages, and memberships Support financing conversations using Cherry and CareCredit Manage Groupon and other promotional channels PatientNow (EMR) & Documentation Maintain accurate documentation in PatientNow Verify demographics, consents, and treatment records Track patient flow and follow-ups Operational Support Manage schedules, cancellations, and rescheduling Maintain front desk workflows and communication Support inventory awareness and coordination with clinical team Training & Development (Esthetician Track) Shadow and train with experienced estheticians and providers Learn treatment protocols and consultation techniques Progress toward performing services based on competency and business needs

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
