Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Dozer Operator and Supervisor for jobs in the Owensboro, KY area. The ideal candidate has strong operating skills, understands dirt work and grading, and can confidently lead a crew and keep a job moving safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Operate dozers and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform grading, site preparation, excavation, and dirt work utilizing GPS technology.
  • Read and work from plans, grades, stakes, and job specifications.
  • Supervise and coordinate equipment operators and field crews.
  • Direct daily jobsite activities and keep production on schedule.
  • Communicate with project management, customers, subcontractors, and crew members.
  • Monitor job quality, production, and material usage.
  • Identify and address jobsite issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Conduct or assist with daily equipment and jobsite inspections and training.
  • Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed. Qualifications
  • 2+ years of strong dozer operating and grading experience required.
  • Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively.
  • Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to take ownership of the job.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screening. What We Offer
