Position Overview:
Local Equipment Operator Our top priority is hiring safe, dependable Equipment Operators who take pride in delivering excellent service to the community. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a garbage truck on designated residential and/or commercial routes Collect solid waste, recycling, or yard waste following local regulations Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher assignments Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including fluids, tires, and safety equipment Maintain professional and courteous customer interactions Complete other job-related duties as assigned What We're Looking For Valid Class A or Class B CDL a plus Clean driving record Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience Commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm Every other Saturday 8am to 12pm What You'll Get from Us Competitive Pay ($21.00 to $22.00/hr) 401(k) with Company Match - plan for your future
