We are seeking a dependable, highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator with extensive experience in site preparation, dirt work, grading, and construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

✅ Must be able to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints ✅ Proficient in shooting grade and working with elevations ✅ Experience managing and executing job sites from start to finish ✅ Skilled in rough grading and precision final grading ✅ Experience preparing subgrades for concrete paving and parking lots ✅ Knowledge of foundation preparation, building pads, and site work ✅ Ability to operate heavy equipment safely, efficiently, and accurately ✅ Must be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE & SKILL LEVEL

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of getting grades right the first time.
