DIM Construction, LLC is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for heavy civil construction and large-scale earthwork operations. We are currently hiring operators with experience on one or more of the following: Articulated Dump Trucks (ADT) Dozers Excavators Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate assigned heavy equipment in active construction environments. Perform mass grading, excavation, loading, hauling, spreading, and other earthwork activities based on the equipment being operated.

ADT Operators:

Haul soil, aggregate, and other construction materials throughout the job site.

Dozer Operators:

Perform grading, spreading, pushing, and moving of soil and construction materials.

Excavator Operators:

Perform excavation, loading, material handling, and other heavy civil earthwork operations. Work safely around other heavy equipment, ground personnel, and active construction operations. Follow directions from the Foreman and Superintendent regarding daily work activities and production requirements. Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns. Maintain equipment in a clean and safe operating condition. Follow all company and project-specific safety requirements. Qualifications Previous experience operating an ADT, Dozer, and/or Excavator is preferred. Heavy civil construction, mass grading, earthwork, or site development experience is preferred. Must be able to safely operate equipment in changing terrain and active construction conditions. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a construction team. Must be able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members. Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required. Schedule This is a full-time position . Overtime and some weekend work will be required depending on project schedules, weather conditions, and operational needs. Compensation Pay is based on experience and demonstrated operating ability.
