This equipment is used to excavate, grade earth, move material and to load trucks. The wage for this role will be $18.00 per hour based on experience and equipment operated. Per Diem is also available. Responsibilities Operate equipment as per instruction. The operator is required to take actions to avoid potential hazards and obstructions such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, and potential falling objects within the work area. The operator is required to adjust hand controls and depress pedals to control attachments such as blades, buckets, scrapers, and to swing the boom of equipment. The operator in addition will start engines, move throttles, switches, and levers, and depress pedals to fully operate machines. The operator is expected to continuously monitor operations to ensure health and safety standards are met. The operator will be required to align machines, cutter-heads, of depth gauge markers with reference stakes-guidelines, or position equipment following hand signals of other workers. The operator will load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, and other materials using trucks, dump trucks, roll off boxes and related equipment. The operator will drive and maneuver machinery equipped with buckets and/or boxes in successive passes to load trucks and to work areas to remove topsoil, vegetation and rocks. The specific operations of front end loader revolve around cleaning out bunks, mixing sludge, scraping ground areas and grading loading areas smooth. The operator will assist with minor repairs and maintain equipment daily by fueling, greasing and servicing equipment as necessary. Requirements

• Safely and proficiently operate construction equipment.
• Position requires the operator to assist in basic repairs and to help maintain equipment in addition to other duties.
• Ability to work under supervision and take directions
• Able to operate multi pieces of equipment
• 2-years plus of experience in operating heavy equipment
• Knowledge of the use of tools and equipment in servicing equipment.
• Ability to carry out written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform manual labor
