NJL Construction - North Shore, MA Full-Time | Year-Round | $28-$38/hr NJL Construction is hiring an experienced construction laborer/machine operator for year-round work across the North Shore MA and Southern NH. If you're reliable, know your equipment, and want steady work, we want to talk. Requirements MA Hoisting License (1A or 2A) CDL Class A Clean driving record 3+ years site work experience What You'll Do Run excavators, skid steers, and site equipment Excavation, grading, and utility installs Pavers, patios, and retaining walls Dump truck and roll-off operation General construction help Snow plowing and salting in winter Pay & Perks $28-$38 per hour (based on experience) Full-time, year-round work Overtime available (especially during snow) Bi-Weekly direct deposit Paid time off Growth and leadership opportunity
