Seasonal, on-call, weekly hours vary and are weather dependent About the Role NJL Construction is looking for experienced Plow Operators to join our snow removal team for the upcoming season. This is an on-call position covering commercial lots and job sites throughout Gloucester and the North Shore. You'll be called in as storms roll through, so reliability and availability during winter weather events are a must. Long hours are required. May need to exit vehicle and shovel at times. Responsibilities Operate plow equipment to clear commercial parking lots and job sites safely and efficiently Respond promptly to on-call dispatch during snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays Perform pre- and post-shift equipment checks Communicate with dispatch/site leads on job status and any site issues Follow all safety protocols in winter driving and equipment operation conditions Provide beginning and ending photos with dates. Requirements Valid Driver's License Prior plowing/snow removal experience preferred Ability to work irregular hours on short notice during storm events Reliable transportation to job sites across Gloucester and the North Shore Compensation $40.00 per hour Please submit resume here on Indeed.
