Civil Construction Equipment Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate equipment such as skid steer, excavators, front loader and trucks . Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment on construction. Perform digging and excavation tasks as required for ojects. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and organized work area around equipment. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding equipment operation and safety. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a construction environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to the maintenance and operation of construction equipment. Ability to operate a variety of vehicles. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail with a focus on safety practices at all times. Valid commercial driving license (CDL) is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments.
