Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and dump trucks to perform tasks including grading, lifting, digging, and material transport Safely handle specialized machinery like concrete mixers, water trucks, tanker trucks, roll-off trucks, front loader trucks, and farm machinery for various project needs Assist with site preparation by leveling ground, excavating trenches, and moving materials efficiently Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs promptly Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Collaborate with construction crews to coordinate equipment use and project timelines Maintain accurate logs of equipment operation hours and materials moved Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active job sites Mechanical knowledge of machinery such as Caterpillar equipment and other heavy-duty vehicles Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy loads and working in outdoor conditions Knowledge of construction materials and processes such as concrete mixing and site grading Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us if you're ready to bring your expertise in heavy equipment operation to exciting projects that make a real difference!
