Summary We are seeking a skilled individual for the role of Heavy Equipment Operator at Pessoa Construction Company, where you will play a vital role in our construction projects. Located across our operational areas, this position is essential in maintaining our high standards of excellence and contributing to the future success of PCC. Responsibilities Operate various types of heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites. Assist in the setup and breakdown of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively. Monitor site conditions and report any issues to supervisors promptly. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and site activities. Qualifications Valid driver's license with experience operating heavy machinery. Proven experience in construction site operations and equipment handling. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within the construction industry. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Experience with excavator, and loader operations is highly desirable.
