Utility Heavy Equipment Operators & Pipelayers Join the Ross Contracting, Inc. team, where your skills and experience will contribute to delivering top-tier construction services. We are seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team.

Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities:

Operate Equipment such as excavators, loaders, and backhoes. Operate Heavy equipment for a variety of tasks, including loading trucks, excavation of ponds, and building foundations. Ensure precise excavation to specified depths and dimensions as outlined in project plans. Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on the job site. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction settings. Expertise in loading trucks and performing excavation work for ponds and buildings. Familiarity with site grading and earthmoving techniques. Strong understanding of job site safety practices. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Willingness to work on emergency jobs and adapt to project needs.

Preferred Qualifications:
