Part-time, Full-time Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual with a gentle touch to join our team and help build our business. As a Groomer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and services for our furry clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about animals and wants to contribute to their well-being.

Duties:

• Bathe and groom pets, including dogs and cats, according to specific instructions
• Brush and comb pet's fur to remove tangles and mats
• Trim nails and clean ears
• Assist with dental care, such as brushing teeth
• Handle pets with care and ensure their safety during grooming procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
• Provide basic grooming services, such as de-shedding or flea/tick treatments
• Monitor pet's health during grooming and report any concerns to the supervisor
• Assist with other tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience Pet Grooming is required
• Knowledge of dog handling techniques
• Ability to safely restrain animals during grooming procedures
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting or extended periods of standing
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and team members effectively
• Flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
