Job Description

Kember Kreative Sawmill Inc of Beaverton is looking for an
EXPERIENCED
loader operator whose primary responsibility is moving logs from stacks to conveyors. This position requires applicants to apply in person at 4144 Lyle Rd, Beaverton, MI 48612 on weekdays between 8:30am - 5pm.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience running heavy equipment (not a forklift) Possible use of other heavy equipment Experience with a chainsaw Able to read a tape measure, pressure gauge, level and square Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently with little or no supervision Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Your work week will be 50 hours per week. Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. Additional weekend hours are a possibility if production dictates May occasionally be required to do work that does not involve heavy equipment Be at least 18 years of age
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
Able to stand for 10 hours at a time Able to lift up to 50 lbs Exposure to continual noise daily from machines Exposure to Michigan seasonal environment
Experience:
Loader Operator - 1 year experience required Will be required to pass preemployment drug screen and If you possess a strong background in heavy equipment operation and are committed to maintaining a safe work environment while supporting construction projects efficiently, we encourage you to apply today. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
