Overview We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driveway work Duties Collaborate with crew members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed. Qualifications Person MUST have 5 Years of experience with rolling driveways Familiarity with asphalt paving processes and techniques. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must possess a valid driver's license.
