Equipment Operator / Site Work Crew Member

Chorak Excavation & Snow Plowing is a locally owned company specializing in site work and snow removal. We're looking for a reliable, experienced team member who can operate equipment, take initiative, and handle responsibilities independently when needed. Responsibilities:

Perform site work including water, sewer, underdrain installation, and more Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, and dump trucks Read job sites and complete tasks with minimal supervision when needed Assist with general site work and support crew as needed Perform snow plowing during winter months (equipment and pickup trucks) Maintain equipment and ensure safe, efficient job site operations

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license required CDL preferred but not required Prior experience operating heavy equipment strongly preferred Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in showing up and getting the job done Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willing to work early mornings, nights, and "off-hours" during snow plow season Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Pay & Schedule:

Pay based on experience Full-time, year-round opportunity with winter snow work Opportunity for increased responsibility and growth

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
