Role:

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented, independent cleaning specialists to join the Quick Clean Services LLC team. You'll clean residential homes, and small commercial businesses throughout Metro Ottawa county, portions of Muskegon, and portions of Kent Counties) — with full flexibility to choose your own schedule and work areas. This is a 1099 contractor position, not employment — meaning you control when and where you work. We're looking to build long-term partnerships with professionals who take pride in their work and want consistent, well-paid jobs. Responsibilities:

Handle deep cleans, moving cleans vacation rentals turn cleans, and standard recurring cleans (post-construction cleaning experience is a bonus) Follow client instructions and ensure quality standards are met Communicate professionally with clients and the Quick Clean Services management team.

Requirements:

18 years or older Available Monday-Saturday 8am - 4pm - No Sunday's are required though optional when necessary Must be reliable, and Dependable Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience Able to clean meticulously and quickly, as you need to in an upscale hotel environment Have or willing to obtain general liability insurance for cleaning (~$40-50/mo) Reliable vehicle (transportation and timeliness is a must) a valid driver's license, and proof of vehicle insurance Can pass a background check Bring your own ECO friendly cleaning supplies and equipment Professional, friendly attitude and clear communication skills Must speak

English/Bilingual:

English and Spanish Pay:

Paid weekly via direct deposit.
