Sidewalk snow plowing is a great job for students, seasonal workers, or as a second part-time job. We can be very flexible with our scheduling, and you can make a great wage. We have routes in Ada, Byron Center, Cascade, Caledonia, Comstock Park, Cutlerville, Grandville, Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Walker, and Wyoming.

Job duties include:

Clearing snow from walks, handicap spaces, curb lines using powered equipment (quads, mow plows, and small tractors) Using a snow shovel to help catch detail work in areas the equipment can't reach Applying de-icer to walkways Reading and interpreting maps and route sheets to provide accurate service. Working independently, but communicating with a supervisor by phone

Job Requirements:

Cell phone (smart phone preferable) Reliable transportation (mobility is important) Having experience operating said equipment is helpful, but we can also train you.

Drug Screening:

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required. The panel includes, but is not limited to, marijuana, cocaine, and amphetamines.
