Job Description
Ground Control Property Services is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing trucking and aggregate division. If you have experience operating heavy equipment and take pride in producing a quality product, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Operate topsoil screening equipment safely and efficiently Load and unload materials using loaders, excavators, and other heavy equipment Monitor screening operations to ensure high-quality finished material Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance Keep the screening yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently Assist with loading customer trucks and coordinating material inventory Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures Qualifications Experience operating wheel loaders, excavators, or screening equipment preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Newer equipment Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment If you're looking for a career with a fast-growing company that values hard work and reliability, apply today!
