Our company is dedicated to providing top-notch snow and ice management services to our clients. We are looking for reliable, punctual, and motivated individuals to help us maintain our high standards of service during the winter months. Responsibilities Clear snow and apply salt based on property parameters using company-supplied equipment Perform specified work to meet clients' expectations Remain on-call, especially during early morning hours Lift up to 50lbs and work in extreme weather conditions Qualifications Valid driver's license Experience in operating skid steers and plows Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Compensation Experienced Skid Steer Operators & Plow Drivers will receive a competitive hourly rate of $35/hour .
