  • Full-time Cherry Valley Excavating is a residential excavation company that strives for excellence and efficiency in all areas of operation .
Cherry Valley Excavating has been in business for over25 years. This position is responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment, including bulldozer and Skidsteer, and the ideal candidate for this position will possess a Class A CDL Drivers license and have 1+ years jobsite experience. Applicants that qualify will be interviewed immediately, as we are looking to fill openings as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
  • Daily pre and post inspection of heavy machinery to ensure safe operation and that everything is working properly.
  • Ability to safely operate various types of heavy machinery and maintain safety regulations while on the jobsite.
  • Minimize downtime while operating machinery to ensure everything is working efficiently and prevent damage to equipment.
  • Minor equipment maintenance as needed, or ability to diagnose issues to work with mechanics.
  • Maintain safety policies and procedures.
  • Other duties may be asked as necessary.
Job Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL A Drivers License
  • Valid Drivers License
  • 1+ years heavy equipment experience
  • Ability to transport self to and from work every day.
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen.
