Come join our Team! Matt's Towing is hiring for an opening for light duty, flatbed & Wreckers, drivers for our Eden Prairie location. Experience is helpful. Experienced and Non Experienced drivers will need to complete our training processes and be willing to learn new techniques. We run quality well maintained equipment and require it to be kept that way. Applicants that meet the following requirements and have a mechanical background or aptitude will be trained to company standards. Some nights and weekends as needed on call We are hiring for our Eden Prairie location & For the Evening Shift Tow Truck Operators Responsibilities Assist with light duty services such as lock-outs, jumpstarts, tire changes, fuel deliveries, wheel lift towing, winch outs and Battery Installs Tow and haul with light duty flatbeds and wreckers. Inspect company vehicles and maintain all equipment in compliance with safety standards Interact with customers in a friendly professional manner Tow Truck Operators Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Able to pass drug screen, background check, and DOT physical requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Mechanical ability and troubleshooting skills
  • Be reliable, dependable, hardworking, and have common sense decision making skills
  • Clean cut appearance Pay varies by drivers knowledge & ability.
Hourly pay for scheduled work and commission on call. Benefits include but not limited to. Health, Dental, matching simple IRA, Uniforms, PTO. Pay is based on experience and will be discussed at time of interview.
