Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary objectives and focus of this position are 1. Assist in achieving key plant measures of: Safety, Quality, Manufacturing on-time, 5S, and profitability. Support all safety programs and promote a safe working environment. Support the 5s, Quality, and Continuous Improvement programs through participation and performance. Follow workstation schedules to meet Manufacturing due dates. Unless directed by management to adjust schedule. Operate machines by following machine operator work instructions, standard operating procedures, and all other documented work instructions. Strive to meet and improve operation run and set-up times based on each orders quoted run times (Tmu's). Promotes teamwork by communicating with fellow team members to meet daily goals and improved performance. Perform in process quality inspections to ensure the product meets our customer's specifications and quality standards. Perform preventive maintenance to keep production machines and tools clean and in good working order. Follow all work direction from Supervisors, Leads, or Management. Including miscellaneous duties and tasks, as assigned, to support production goals and commitment to customer satisfaction. Skills /

Knowledge Requirements:

The skills/ needed to perform at a high level are 1. Ability to write, read and verbally communicate in English as all Company information is communicated to employees in English. 2. High School Level Math Skills 3. Ability to read manufacturing prints/Drawings 4. Ability to train others The knowledge required to perform at a high level are 1. High School or G.E.D. equivalent
