PLOW OPERATORS WHO SHOW UP AND STAY IN THE FIGHT
We're not just moving snow — we're moving with purpose. If you've got experience behind the wheel of a plow and a reputation for showing up 10 out of 10 times , we want you on our crew. We are looking for trustworthy, all-weather warriors who can deliver under pressure and don't tap out when the job gets tough. This is go-time work. Most shifts are overnight , and we need guys who make this their top priority — not a side gig. If you dip out because you're tired or heading to another job, this isn't for you.
Job Overview:
As a Snow Plow Operator, you'll be clearing driveways and walkways, parking lots and sidewalks — keeping our communities safe and accessible. You'll work in tough weather, but if you've got grit, we've got the equipment.
What You'll Do:
Operate plow trucks and other snow/ice removal equipment Basic shoveling when needed Perform equipment checks before and after shifts Monitor weather and stay ready to respond fast Communicate clearly with dispatch and team (Bonus) Could lead to a spot on our tow truck team
What We Expect:
Snow plowing experience is a must Strong mechanical know-how Dependable, driven, and self-motivated Able to work solo or with a crew in harsh conditions Committed to staying until every job is complete Care for the customer and their property. Treat their property like your own, watching out for anything out of the ordinary and being safe and efficient. This isn't a punch-in, punch-out gig.
