Powered Industrial Truck Operators are responsible for safely operating forklifts, loaders, and other mobile equipment to support manufacturing, material handling, and production operations. This role requires strong situational awareness, knowledge of jobsite safety standards, and the ability to work productively in a changing and dynamic work environment.What You'll Be Doing:
- To support manufacturing, material handling, and production operations. This role requires strong situational awareness, knowledge of jobsite safety standards, and the ability to work productively in a changing and dynamic work environment.
- Before beginning any loading/unloading operations, ensure the trailer is properly secured. This may include jack stands, wheel chocks, glad hand locks, ICC bumper restraints, etc.
- After loading or unloading, ensure the above is removed, and all work is complete prior to releasing the trailer.
