Laborer,Skid Loader operator

Overview We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated part-time laborer/skilled equipment operator to join our team at a growing auction company for the summer season, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks including operating equipment such as skid loaders, assisting with auction setup and teardown, organizing inventory, and helping maintain a clean and efficient yard. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Experience with equipment operation is preferred but not required for the right individual who is willing to learn and grow with our business.
