We are seeking dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused Light-Duty Tow Truck Operators to join our teams in both our Owatonna & Faribault branches.If you enjoy helping people, love being out on the road rather than stuck behind a desk, and take pride in operating top-tier equipment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Safe Operations:
Respond to dispatch calls for light-duty towing, roadside assistance (jumpstarts, tire changes, lockouts), and recoveries.Customer Service:
Act as a helpful and professional first responder to stranded motorists, ensuring they feel safe and looked after.Vehicle Care:
Perform daily pre-trip inspections, maintain a clean truck, and report any maintenance needs promptly.Documentation:
Properly log calls, invoices, and vehicle conditions using our dispatch software.Requirements & Qualifications Age:
Must be at least 22 years old for insurance compliance.Driver's License:
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (No recent major violations).Background:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (including DOT physical requirements).Availability:
Flexible schedule, including [weekends, nights, and rotating on-call shifts].Physical Demands:
