In this role, you will play a vital role in operations by handling materials, operating heavy equipment, and managing rail car loading. $25.00/hr.
Hours:
5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday -
Friday Position Type:
Full-Time | Overtime required on Saturdays Benefits of the heavy equipment operator: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life insurance protection Short-term and long-term disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) access Reliable schedule with career growth potential Positive, collaborative work environment Consistent weekly pay Duties of the heavy equipment operator: Operate a scrap crane to load rail cars via magnet Operate a front-end loader to move rail cars and materials Monitor inventory and report shortages Perform daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance Requirements of the heavy equipment operator: 2+ years of front-end loader experience Experience with scrap cranes or rail car material handling Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. Pass a pre-employment background and drug test
