Job Description

Emergency Towing & Recovery Operator
  • NO CDL REQUIRED
  • Twin Cities Transport & Recovery (TCTR) is a fast-paced, family-owned business with 35+ years of experience.
TCTR is committed to leading the towing and recovery industry in safety, integrity, and quality of service. RESPONSIBILITIES
Always work ready and prepared to immediately respond to emergency towing and recovery incidents such as crashes, breakdowns, and off-road recoveries. Professional communication with emergency responders, customers, and staff. Maintain positive work environment to promote long term employment. Follow industry standards for safely towing, recovering, and transporting vehicles and equipment. Keep trucks, equipment, and facilities professional, compliant, and work ready. Provide excellent customer service. Daily use of mobile applications and technology.
TCTR LOCATION & SHIFT
White Bear Lake, Oakdale or St Paul 6am-6pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Every Other Wednesday 6pm-6am Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Every Other Saturday 6pm-6am Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Every Other Saturday
PREREQUISITES
DOT Health Card Drug free Have a clear criminal and predatory offender registry background. Acceptable/Insurable driving record
COMPENSATION
  • Hourly Pay Range Including Towing Incentives
  • $22•34/Hr o Hourly Pay Range•$20•24/Hr o Towing Incentive•$2•10/Hr ( 5% or 10% of towing revenue) Overtime Pay Range (OT after 40 hours) •Ability for additional responsibilities and pay (Examples•Trainer and Supervisor)
