Your Impact in This Role As a Loader Operator , your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Complete required training, including safety standards and equipment operation. Safely operate and maintain loader and other heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer, pallet jacks). Perform pre-shift inspections and preventative maintenance; report any unsafe conditions. Load trucks, hoppers, and move materials to designated areas; track material counts. Identify and report cross-contamination risks and environmental hazards. Report all incidents, accidents, and near misses to the shift supervisor. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. The ability to complete additional on-site training will be required before these vehicles can be used at a facility What You Bring to the Table To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.
