• Excavator / Skid Steer with Class A CDL Springfield, MO We are hiring skilled Equipment Operators with a Class A CDL to join our growing site work, concrete, and asphalt divisions.

These are NOT a general labor positions — we are looking for people who can operate equipment, understand grade, and take ownership of their work.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating excavators, skid steers, and other related equipment Performing rough and fine grading for concrete and asphalt work Reading grade stakes and assisting with layout Hauling equipment (CDL A required) Working on commercial and private sector projects

What We're Looking For:

Class A CDL (required) Experience operating excavator and/or skid steer Ability to understand grade and site prep Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work

Pay:

$23

• 28 per hour depending on experience and capability (Top operators will be paid accordingly)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 40+ hours per week
