Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of construction machinery with precision and safety, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within scope. Your expertise will help maintain a safe work environment while delivering high-quality results across diverse construction sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects. Duties Operate heavy machinery such as bulldozers, tractors and pans, water trucks, excavators, and off road trucks to move materials, prepare sites, and assist in construction activities Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on construction equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Follow all safety procedures and occupational safety regulations while operating equipment and handling materials Adhere to all personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and safety protocols during daily operations Skills Preferred Extensive construction site experience with knowledge of various construction machinery including dozers, loaders, excavators, and other material handling equipment Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and performing basic repairs on heavy equipment and hand tools Proven ability to operate hydraulics systems safely and efficiently in diverse working conditions Experience with commercial driving including operating dump trucks, water trucks, tanker trucks, roll-off trucks, and other large vehicles required on construction sites Familiarity with construction safety regulations and occupational safety standards to ensure a secure work environment Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend machinery lifespan Skilled in following detailed operational procedures for heavy equipment operation while maintaining high safety standards Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks effectively within a team setting Join us in shaping the future of infrastructure by bringing your expertise in heavy equipment operation!
