• We are hiring experienced Dozer Operators for long‑term infrastructure and civil construction projects across multiple locations in the U.

S. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to transition to a permanent role after the initial project.

Dozer Job Description:

Operate a Finish Dozer using GPS to get land to final grade. Civil Construction Site. Wide open space in what used to be farmland.

• 34/hr (based on equipment type & experience)

Shifts:

1st & 3rd shift available (must be open to either)

Overtime:

20-35 hours/week

Per Diem:

$830/week (for qualified travelers) Requirements 3+ years of experience operating the specific equipment you're applying for Experience using GPS‑enabled equipment Willing to submit to a drug test Work Environment Outdoor construction site on open farmland Exposure to extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind) High-activity jobsite with constant equipment movement Typical schedule: 6:00 AM
