Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Hoe Operator to join our utilities team. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and execute construction projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Hoe Operator or similar role in the pipe work industry
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, walking, and operating heavy machinery
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards
