Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Excavator Operator & Laborer to support excavation, grading, trenching, and general construction activities. This role combines equipment operation with hands-on labor to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Operate excavators and other construction equipment safely and effectively. Perform trenching, grading, digging, backfilling, and site preparation work. Assist with general labor tasks, including material handling, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job site requirements. Work collaboratively with supervisors, crew members, and subcontractors. Qualifications Experience operating excavators and construction equipment. Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Knowledge of excavation, utility, and site development practices preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safety. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods.
