Unlock your potential with training and career opportunities tailored to your goals. Key Responsibilities As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will: Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues. Load materials into plants based on production needs. Gain expertise in aggregate sizes, classifications, and weight requirements. Work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures. Take initiative, working independently with minimal supervision. What We're Looking For Proficiency in operating front-end loaders. Minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy equipment (preferred). Experience with rock crushers and screening equipment is a bonus. Skills & Abilities Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety regulations. Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing pressure, emergencies, and tight deadlines. Reliable and ethical with a focus on building positive relationships. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including various shifts, overtime, and out-of-town assignments.Physical Requirements This role involves:
Lift and carry 25-50 lbs. regularly. Perform repetitive movements like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting. Sit or stand for long periods and navigate uneven terrain. Work outdoors in all types of weather and noisy environments. Frequent sitting Occasional push/pull Rarely bending/stooping Rarely climbing Occasional reaching Continuous grasping equipment controls Occasional fine manipulation Frequent use of Foot controls Pre-Employment Requirements Passing a pre-employment drug test.
