Weekend Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage staff performance through effective training, coaching, and mentoring. Proficient in retail math for effective inventory management and sales analysis. Excellent administrative skills for managing documentation and reporting requirements. Experience in interviewing candidates to build a strong team. Effective communication skills for clear interaction with diverse stakeholders. Ability to negotiate successfully with vendors while maintaining positive relationships. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
