About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Safely operate yard loader equipment to move and stockpile materials. Perform pre‑shift inspections and basic equipment upkeep. Load customer trucks efficiently and accurately. Monitor material quality and communicate any concerns promptly. Support overall yard organization and safe traffic flow. What Are We Looking For Capability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment. Commitment to following safety standards and maintaining situational awareness. Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and customers. Dependable work habits and readiness to support daily operational needs. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
