Job Description
Are you an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator who takes pride in working safely and efficiently? Triangle Grading and Paving, Inc. is looking for skilled operators to join our team and help us deliver top-notch excavation, construction, and maintenance projects. Competitive pay is offered based on experience. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will: Safely operate a range of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, motor graders, front-end loaders, track hoes, rollers, etc. Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition. Collaborate with crews to complete project tasks efficiently. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure job site. Support additional tasks as needed to ensure project success. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have experience operating a Skidsteer. Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment experience. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a drug test. Skills & Abilities In-depth knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance. Understanding of safety regulations and potential hazards. Ability to perform physically demanding work. High proficiency in operating assigned machinery safely and efficiently. Why Join Us?
