Kernersville, NC Job Summary:

Gore's Outdoors is looking for a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing team in Kernersville, NC. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, and loaders to assist with site prep, grading, and excavation. Responsibilities:

Operate various heavy equipment on residential and commercial job sites Perform site tasks such as clearing, grading, trenching, and material loading Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Follow project plans, grade stakes, and supervisor instructions Maintain a safe and clean work environment Work effectively with other crew members and site supervisors

Qualifications:

2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience preferred Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) Knowledge of basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance Ability to read and understand grading plans and layouts Must be dependable with strong attention to safety Reliable transportation to and from job sites
