If you enjoy working independently, operating a variety of construction equipment, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, this is an excellent opportunity for you. Position Summary As a Heavy Equipment Operator , you will operate various types of machinery—including excavators, loaders, bulldozers, backhoes, rollers, and more—to support construction and site development projects. This role requires solid operating skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Work may involve traveling between multiple job sites based on project needs. Benefits

  • Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, rollers, and other machinery.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
  • Follow site plans, grade specifications, and instructions provided by supervisors and foremen.
  • Maintain equipment in proper working condition to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Load and unload materials as needed for project tasks.
  • Coordinate with ground personnel to ensure safe maneuvering.
  • Keep equipment clean, fueled, and ready for daily use.
  • Comply with all company and OSHA safety protocols. Position Requirements
  • Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • Ability to read grades, site plans, and follow instructions accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of safety practices and equipment operation standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Availability for overtime, including evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Ability to lift heavy tools and equipment when required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
