Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as an Equipment Operator in Knightdale, NC, where you'll play a vital role in executing construction projects with precision and safety.

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE OPERATING A LOADER

• Monday-Friday(occasional saturday)
• not set time for a shift to start
• shifts can last up to 12 hours daily
• $20 per hour plus expected 20 hours + of overtime weekly Duties Perform general tasks involving physical labor as well as operating the loader and Bobcat at pits and/or plants.

May operate hand and power tools of all types: Air hammers, small mechanical hoists, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces for support, cleaning up rubble and debris and keeping plant yard clean at all times. Experience Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, or similar equipment. Strong knowledge of construction machinery maintenance and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with utility locating methods and underground utility protocols. Experience working on construction sites with a focus on excavation, grading, or utility installation projects. Understanding of federal construction safety regulations and adherence to OSHA standards. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs and routine maintenance on heavy equipment. Prior background in commercial truck driving or related transportation roles is a plus.
