Responsibilities:

• Operate various types of equipment including skidsteer, mini excavator, dozer, trackhoe, tractor, off-road dump truck, and roller.
• Perform tasks such as digging, bulldozing, complete site work tasks, and loading materials
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or issues
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience:

• Previous experience operating equipment is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with farm machinery is a plus

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or sitting
