Job Description

Job Overview Heavy Equipment experience preferred, but not required. Can/will start on roller, compactor and/or haul truck and with the opportunity to learn skid steer, bulldozer and excavator. Benefits and pay based on experience and will be negotiated upon application and interview. Duties Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other construction equipment to perform earthmoving, grading, lifting, and material transportation tasks. Manage various trucks such as front loader trucks, dump trucks, water trucks, roll-off trucks, and tanker vehicles to deliver materials or remove debris from the site. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure safety and proper functioning; perform basic maintenance when necessary. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and work performed for project documentation. Skills Experience operating heavy equipment (loader, skid steer, bulldozer, excavator, etc.) preferred but not required. Willingness to learn Strong work ethic Basic mechanical knowledge Excellent communication skills for teamwork and safety reporting. Join us in building the future! $8.00 - $100.00 per hour
