We are seeking an experienced and dependable Excavator Operator to work on a variety of heavy civil and site construction projects. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Perform trenching, grading, digging, loading, and site preparation Read grade stakes, plans, and utility markings Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Work closely with foremen, laborers, and project managers Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Assist with general site work as needed Qualifications Previous excavator operating experience required Experience in underground utilities, earthwork, or road construction preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred Strong work ethic and attendance record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor when needed Must be able to pass a drug screen. Must be able to work flexible hours Excellent wages ($34.00-$35.00 per hour) and $22.45 per hour fringe (Goes towards Health Insurance Premiums paid 100% & Pension) Minorities, women, veterans, and the disabled are encouraged to apply.
