Job Description

We offer career growth, hands-on training, competitive pay, great benefits, and year-round opportunities. We are currently seeking Civil Equipment Operators to join our team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to safely operate various types of heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, tractors with scrapers, off-road trucks, skid steers, and compactors Knowledge and experience operating GPS equipment Ability to perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment Complete equipment maintenance reports accurately Ability to work extended hours during the civil construction season Strong commitment to safety rules and regulations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old Ability to perform a variety of duties that may change frequently Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines Ability to work at a steady pace while producing quality work Previous commercial construction experience is a plus, but not required Valid drivers license preferred
