What You'll Be Doing Operate mobile and/or fixed equipment safely and efficiently to support production goals. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Monitor material quality and communicate issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Support general plant operations as needed to maintain workflow. What We Are Looking For Ability to safely operate heavy or mobile equipment in a production environment. Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to safe behaviors. Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in varied conditions. Clear communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Willingness to learn, adapt, and support multiple operational tasks. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
