Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality at every stage. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional results on time and within scope, contributing to the successful completion of diverse infrastructure and building initiatives. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and other machinery to perform earthmoving, grading, and material handling tasks. Safely operate specialized vehicles including, dump trucks, water trucks, and off road dump trucks to transport materials across the site. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as dozers, loaders, , excavators, and related machinery. Construction site experience with a strong understanding of site safety standards. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
