Job Description
Lindsey Aggregates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our quarry operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating loaders, excavators, and dozers in a safe and productive manner while working alongside a team to meet daily production goals. Responsibilities Operate loaders, excavators, and dozers safely and efficiently Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work with quarry personnel to maintain production and site operations Assist with general quarry duties as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience operating heavy equipment Experience operating loaders, excavators, and dozers Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to work effectively as part of a team Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime when needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Starting pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Stable, full-time employment with a family-owned company How to Apply Interested candidates may submit a résumé through Indeed or apply in person by visiting Lindsey Aggregates and asking for Warren or Jeff.
