What You'll Be Doing Operate quarry loader equipment safely to move and load raw materials Support daily production goals by maintaining steady material flow Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and communicate issues promptly Follow all safety, environmental, and operational guidelines Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient quarry operations What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment Strong focus on safety, consistency, and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mechanical awareness to recognize basic equipment concerns Reliable, adaptable, and committed to production excellence Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $22-$28per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
